Returns Policy
KENTOKTOOL allows returns within 30 days and requires items to be unused, in original packaging with tags intact for return eligibility. For the 2022 holiday season, items purchased between October 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st, 2023. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer for non-defective items and unauthorized returns.
