Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery, and all items must be in new, unused condition as used shaving products cannot be accepted due to health hazard concerns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges but can choose between using their own shipping service or the company's shipping service where charges will be deducted from the refund.
